Sunday 4th August

Mile 6 sees a visit to Tregantle Fort, Plymouth’s curtain of defence against the old French foe.

Then its back for the South West Coastal Path and another stretch of some of the very best it has to offer visiting outstanding beaches and the fishing villages of Looe, Polperro and Fowey, in the heart of the Cornwall National Landscape.
